RecommendedThe oil change and efficient. The write up person was courteous. I had just detailed my Honda as we were going away for the weekend so I told my advisor that I “did not“ want a complimentary car wash. When I got to my car guess what?? Hard water spots all over my car. I spent another hour at home getting the spots off. You had one request. Not a deal breaker but really aggravating nevertheless.
RecommendedEvery time I go to Suburban Honda (this is my second purchase there), it’s a mostly no-nonsense experience. You tell them what you want, what you want to pay, and they pretty much meet you without the 5 hour experience you get at other places. I walked in around 10 am, not necessarily expecting to leave with a new vehicle, but I did, before 1 pm, including a test drive!
