Simple and easy service with Jeff smith fair prices and done quick and correctly
Was very disappointed. My 2014 CRV battery failed this week. Took it elsewhere for service. They suggested I take it to the dealer because the battery was bad and it should be under warranty. Only had 28700 miles but it was 37 months. The warranty only goes to 36 months. I would have had to pay for diagnostics (that were already done at Davis Auto Service-excellent place) Then I would have had to pay for a new battery. No thanks. Now I know why I don't go here for Service.
Paid over $200 and problem came back the next day.
I am now driving my fourth Honda, and I am very pleased with the courtesy and service that I receive at Suburban Honda. There is a positive atmosphere at the dealership which always make my visits a pleasure.
So effective and friendly crew Always happy with there service I own 5 different Honda cars I always get the best service
