I used to live here for 2 1/2 years and would recommend it to anyone. I really enjoyed that the apartment was fully brand new and the price on a college budget you just could not beat it. The management, & owner took pride in keeping the property in tip-top shape! Any problems I had in my apartment maintenance would be over in a timely matter to fix it. If you are looking for a clean and close place near UMSL, Suburban Heights Apartments is the place you should go.
Suburban Heights is a decent residence. The built-in laundry is nice, and so is the pricing and utilities. My only issue is the ceiling/floor is very thin, and the upstairs neighbors can be very annoying if they have heavy footfalls or children/pets. The gate is usually in working order, but occasionally, it has been known to stay open for extended periods (negating the "gated community" aspect). I live here and it’s awesome! Super close to UMSL and everything is new in the apartment. The price is great and the quality is worth every penny.
Suburban heights is a safe, clean, good looking apartment neighborhood. They've got gates, caring staff, and good looking apartments. I've lived here for 3 months and it's the best apartment I've ever lived in. Highly recommend.

My son and I have lived in Suburban Heights for about 7months now. The environment is extremely peaceful, and safe! The complex is conveniently located less than a mile from my school (UMSL) . I would highly recommend this place to both college students as well as those individuals that are looking for the right place to live! It was quite comfortable and well priced!
The price is excellent. The apartment that my roommate and I had was the cleanest that I've ever had. The managers were extremely helpful and friendly. They knew everyone by name. The only complaint that I have is that the walls were pretty thin and I could hear my downstairs neighbors. I mean, we could hear everything.
