RecommendedWonderful apartments. Upon arrival the apartment was very clean and needed very, very little cleaning to move in. The maintenance crew is timely and responsive if issues ever arise, though we rarely had any issues. The building and surrounding grounds are kept clean and litter free. They allow pets which was amazing! It’s very easy to get into contact with the property management and they really care for their tenants. Mostly when neighbors are noisy, you can barely hear them! So there were never any noise issues for us.

Absolutely love living here! The apartments are updated and in nice shape. It's super convenient being so close to UMSL and convenient with modern appliances including electric stove, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Great apartment for the pricing!
Suburban Heights Apartments has been a very positive experience for me. Management is easy to get ahold of and very friendly. The complex is pet friendly as I have a dog and a cat in my apartment. They keep up really well with the landscaping and make the buildings look tidy and clean.

They will make sure they find some excuse not to give back your deposit no matter what, they make false claims to charge extra and when you ask about them just make threats about kicking you out, and they rarely come on time to fix anything. Our washer was broken for nearly 3 months and they still charged us for utilities as if we could even use it. I loved it there originally because of the great pricing and being so close to UMSL but by move out I could not have been happier to leave.
An amazing apartment complex to live in, management is super easy to work with, and overall it’s been a really hassle free experience renting.
Really, it’s amazing how well-kept and clean this complex is, especially when they allow—and even encourage—pets. Well done! Our grandkids even have a washer/dryer unit in their apartment! And, best of all, it’s gated!!
I have lived here for a year and unfortunately am having to try to break my lease extension here. However, that is at no fault of the apartments themselves. They are clean and the management is fast to respond if you have any issues! They also will fix things usually within a day with such efficiency. This was a wonderful place to stay during college and I hope that they can remain helpful during this lease termination process! I recommend anyone going to UMSL to rent here!

I have lived here for nearly two years and have loved it!! The management is fantastic, particularly Mike and Xena, and the maintenance people are super responsive and friendly. There is a washer and dryer included, as well as a dishwasher, which is fantastic! My favorite part about living here is how close it is to campus and how easy it is to get there from the complex. It has made my morning commute so much easier. Overall, I love living in this clean and friendly complex - it has been nothing but good to me.
