I’m currently living here. The apartment is great! I really enjoy the benefits of the newer flooring they installed and overall cleanliness of the place. There’s plenty of space, And they were generous with the hot water heater for the showers and other water utilities. great apartments for UMSL students and close to campus. great pricing and service!
I would highly recommend living at Suburban Heights if you are an UMSL student looking for newly renovated, affordable apartments close to campus. Some of the things I love about Suburban is that it is a gated community, pet friendly, washer and dryer in every unit, and the awesome maintenance/management staff are always on top of everything. I am so glad I chose Suburban Heights as my “home away from home.”
I have a had a fantastic experience living at Suburban Heights! They are always on top of maintenance requests and landscaping which is wonderful. The commute to UMSL is super easy and painless. They are also very welcoming to pets in the community.

Suburban Heights is great! The management, staff, and maintenance team do a great job of keeping the place nice and making accommodations. All of my neighbors are friendly and pretty quiet, which is so rare for student housing! The apartment complex is safe (gated community), and it's extremely affordable and close to school. 10/10 recommend
It's an amazing place to live at a very low cost! I am a student at UMSL, and it is super convenient to live 5 minutes away.. now i can enjoy the perks of being an UMSL student because I don't live so far..
