I have bought 2 new Corvettes and a Caprice in the past from them. In my opinion they rate best in all categories. This time the car I wanted arrived 2 wks after you sent me the ad.But I wish I had waited.The salesman Ed from Suburbun Chevrolet even congratulated me on getting my corvette even though not from them.
They were very quick to respond to my email reguarding a trade for my truck that i know the market value of for a truck they have. I figured that it would be within a couple thousand dollars. They requested the details of my truck (year, vin , and pics) and i obliged and sent them. My truck has a trade in value even on the low side of 12,600 of wich my truck is anything but on the low side. Best dealership I've ever worked with made the deal happen and delivered my SUV to my door. Will come back to this dealership when ready for the next vehicle!
Price on vehicle was shown as $5,000 but when I contacted them, they said it was supposed to be $52,999. Now, I've made a million typos, but I don't see how 2,999 was accidentally entered as 3 zeroes. It seems like they might have been baiting buyers to reach out and then doing a switch. Either way, the KBB value of the vehicle was around $33,000 so asking $52,999 is ridiculous anyway.
Got back quickly, but the car did not have the options I was looking for.

My experience was great. Heard back almost immediately. The car is now sitting in my driveway. They even delivered it to me in Corvallis. Dustin was my salesman and helpful all the way. Love my car and would recommend Suburban Chevrolet to others.
