Even though I didn't buy the truck (was looking for a 6 seater). Ed's communication was superb. He let me know the status of the vehicle, sent me pictures, plenty of updates. Sorry we couldn't work out a deal but thanks for your wonderful customer service Ed.
Great experience
The salesman who contacted me the day I notified them of my interest was not actually there to meet me. I was helped by someone else. Also, took me 3.5 hours to get out of there because it was busy and everyone went through 1 finance person. Otherwise, I am happy with the service and treatment overall. They did a really good job on the financing side and I was able to get a good deal on the vehicle.

Yes, the dealership was super helpful and open with everything about the vehicle and loan process. We are located in CA and they are in Oregon so as you can imagine it was a big decision to buy anything online being so far away but the team was amazing! Thank you! If I needed to do it again I would with them!
