Sales representative was excellent!
Contacted a sales woman told her I wanted information on truck. She said it had to still go through the shop for inspection and cleaning. She’d get back and let me know when I could come see it. Never heard back from her

Good response
Very disappointing. They sold me a used truck that needed immediate service. The brakes were so worn that my local service department (not Suburban Chevrolet) said the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The serpentine belt needed replacement and the belt tensioner fell apart when they tried to change the belt. Obviously Suburban Chevrolet was more interested in making a sale than for the safety of my family and everyone we share the road with. I would strongly recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealership.
These guys got right back to me and some great pricing but Im way to far away and found a closer car.
Although I didn't buy one from them, I got all requested information.
