Very disappointing. They sold me a used truck that needed immediate service. The brakes were so worn that my local service department (not Suburban Chevrolet) said the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The serpentine belt needed replacement and the belt tensioner fell apart when they tried to change the belt. Obviously Suburban Chevrolet was more interested in making a sale than for the safety of my family and everyone we share the road with. I would strongly recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealership.
These guys got right back to me and some great pricing but Im way to far away and found a closer car.
Although I didn't buy one from them, I got all requested information.
I have bought 2 new Corvettes and a Caprice in the past from them. In my opinion they rate best in all categories. This time the car I wanted arrived 2 wks after you sent me the ad.But I wish I had waited.The salesman Ed from Suburbun Chevrolet even congratulated me on getting my corvette even though not from them.
They were very quick to respond to my email reguarding a trade for my truck that i know the market value of for a truck they have. I figured that it would be within a couple thousand dollars. They requested the details of my truck (year, vin , and pics) and i obliged and sent them. My truck has a trade in value even on the low side of 12,600 of wich my truck is anything but on the low side. Best dealership I've ever worked with made the deal happen and delivered my SUV to my door. Will come back to this dealership when ready for the next vehicle!
Price on vehicle was shown as $5,000 but when I contacted them, they said it was supposed to be $52,999. Now, I've made a million typos, but I don't see how 2,999 was accidentally entered as 3 zeroes. It seems like they might have been baiting buyers to reach out and then doing a switch. Either way, the KBB value of the vehicle was around $33,000 so asking $52,999 is ridiculous anyway.
