RecommendedThank you to Dr. Bush and Alexia! Took my super anxious pup to see them today for a multi drug resistant staph infection that I was failing at treating on my own. As a food animal exclusive vet, other drugs we could use based on his previous C&S were well out of my comfort zone. The quality of their care is outstanding and the vets/staff are wonderful. I've been with them since the late '80s so they have been with me through thick and thin, laughter and tears. I highly recommend them.
I want to thank Dr Heather Jones for her great care of my elderly cat. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and efficient.
Vets, staff, care. Everyone seems to know what they are doing, and are very caring.
When I take my pets to Suburban Animal Hospital, I feel like everyone there is part of the family. They look excited to see my pets and truly care about them. I am treated personally and the atmosphere is warm and inviting-- not like some cold national chain. The staff, including Dr. Stubblefield and Aryssa have arranged their scheduling when we have needed to work our pets in--even when the electricity was out and paperwork needed to be written by hand near a lantern.
Whole staff are amazing. Provide great care for my fur babies and concern for me.
Our appointment was Monday after the July 4th long weekend. It was quite busy with normal appointments plus people with dog issues that happened over the weekend. Your staff did a great job of moving your patients along into a separate room when one became available. While behind the scenes it may have been chaotic, to me I felt like my dog, Dmitri was the only dog in the house! Great job to all your staff and Doctors.
This was our first trip to Suburban as we just moved to Gainesville. Our cat, Mal, ran away from home on May 4 and did not return for 52 days! So of course, we wanted to check her out. We found the Technicians to be very friendly and answered our questions. Doctor Sammy was knowledgeable, listened and was friendly. We did not have to wait and they checked us out in the exam room so we did not have to go to the reception desk! Thank you for a great first visit. PS Mal was FINE----amazing!
I've been bringing my dogs in to Dr. Coleman for almost 30 years now. The only other vet I'd trust is your own "Dr. Holly," who rescued my current dog from a bad injury last year. Thanks to you both!
