RecommendedI've been bringing my pets to Suburban for decades and love the way the staff cares for them. Dr. Sammy and Dr. Nipper are especially dear to us. Appreciate the careful adjustments that have been made to keep everyone safe during this covid19 pandemic.
We have bringing our Sheltie girls to Suburban since the summer of 1974 when we moved to Gainesville. You have been with us through new puppies, adopting a 3-1/2 girl and rescuing our Sophie as well as helping to send some of our girls to the Rainbow Bridge. My visit yesterday was great and I'm sorry I didnt get anyone's names. I brought in Jack Kirby Gebhardt at 11:30. I was nervous about it with the virus and just passing him over. But everything went very smooth, I felt very at ease and so did Jack Kirby. The young lady that came out to get him was awesome to us and the doctor that spoke to me on the phone was so great as well. I was very impressed with how fast everything went. I wish I had names to remember you by.
Professional and compassionate docs; great support staff in every role. Discount for seniors. Been a client for 15 years+ after being nichled and dimed by so many other practices. You will so happy with his practice.
I really like the facility, the staff- everything about Suburban. I espescially liked the way my dog was tteated by Dr Jones (she sat on the floor for the exam- getting on his level and playing with him to relieve his anxiety and make him comfortable.) The tech was also wonderful with him as well. The front desk staff was were efficient and friendly at check in and we did not have any wait to speak of before we were ushered to a room. What is not to love?
Thank you to Dr. Bush for taking such good care of my Twix today! He was not feeling well but you were very compassionate and understanding towards my mama heart. ❤️
I brought my foster pup here for some ear issues. If though he was a bit of a handful, everybody was so nice and accommodating--doctors, nurses, vet tech, front desk. Thank you!
My critters have always received good care at Suburban, and I don’t ever feel like I’m constantly being ‘nickled and dimed’ for every little thing, the way I did at a prior vet. I feel like everyone cares about the animals.
