The staff and doctors at Suburban go beyond the call of duty! They are all amazingly caring and experienced in their care for my animals. They understand that pets are members of your family. And, they treat you and your pets like members of their family. Just amazing. I would not take my animals anywhere else! I have been coming here for many years. Dr. Nipper, Dr. Page, and all the techs, medical staff, front desk staff, go out of their way to take care of your pets/family members.
Dr. Blaire is amazing. She is thorough, thoughtful, attentive, and treats my animals with the utmost of care and respect. I have had nothing but highly positive experiences at Suburban. With some trying times with my pets’ health, I have frequented Suburban regularly over the last few years, seen multiple doctors, and had interactions with most of the admin staff and vet techs. Dr. Hilary Bush was outstanding. She was attentive and caring. She was thorough and honest about diagnosis and treatment options. She followed up with a phone call the next day.
Dr. Macdonald was amazing and the staff were as well. I interacted with at least 5 assistants and every one of them obviously loves their job and cares about what they are doing. Truffles had as good a time as a pup can have when going to the vet! Thank you!!!
Fantastic service. Didnt have an appointment set up, my vet wasnt able to see him, and my dog needed immediate care. They didnt even question it and said they could see him that day about an hour later after my initial phone call. Took great care of Louie and wasnt nearly as expensive as I would have thought. Thank you for taking care of him with far greater care than my previous vet office! will be recommending to everyone I know with vet questions.
