This was my first time doing CrossFit in New Jersey because I am from Quebec and I must say that I had a great experience. The staff is amazing and super welcoming and I felt as if I was home. Make it your home, too!
What a great gym!! You won't find another gym with such knowledgeable and caring owners!! They are truly concerned about the safety and wellbeing of each and every one of their members, something that often gets neglected in other gyms. If you're looking to get in amazing shape and connect with your community, then this is the place for you!
The instructors truly care about your progress. The WODs are great!
Submit to Fitness is a great gym no matter what level you are starting at. The coaching staff trains individuals who have never exercised before, those who used to exercise but stopped long ago, and those who have been working out for years. The best part about Submit to Fitness is the community and atmosphere that they have created where the only person you are compared to is yourself from yesterday. I highly recommend this gym.
