RecommendedCoaching and programming is first rate. Work outs are doable no matter what your skill level maybe. Coaches are always paying attention to the group as a whole as well as offering individual guidance to an athlete when needed during the workout. They stress doing a movement correctly with lighter weights and then let you add weight(s) when you have mastered the correct movement technique. Coaches really care about each individual athlete. Great community atmosphere a huge plus at Submit2Fitness.
I have been working out with Jay and Rosie for the past 4+ years and have truly enjoyed working with such caring and compassionate individuals. They both strive to motivate all their members and provide and atmosphere that is both fun and inviting to everyone. Submit 2 fitness is a unique gym experience that any individual at any level is able to participate in.
S2F has a true family feel! Jay and Rosie are compassionate leaders. Love my new workouts!
Jay and Rosie know how to spice things up - I mean the workouts :)) the WODs are excellent, the training is personal even in group settings and more than you they know your potential!! :)) You guys are doing great! Thanks for all the guidance and the push ;)
