The issue I wanted fixed is still open and I am having trouble getting it scheduled. I am not happy. The work they did finish was done satisfactory with decent price.

Arrived on time for appointment, was kept abreast of progress, all concerns addressed, left within one hour. My background is in customer service as a manager for 45 years, NJ Bell, AT&T and Mulberry Metal manufacturing. Subaru provides great customer service.

My advisor didn’t keep me up to date on the progress of the warranty repair and left for the day at 2 PM . Since I heard nothing I called and was told that my car would probably not be done due to them being “super busy booked” and only certain mechanics are qualified to do that repair. I told them that I took that day off to get my car fixed and I did have an appointment and tomorrow I need to be able to get to work . Dillon was very helpful and diligent in getting responses from his management to both turn over my used Forester and secure a new one within my budget. We did the whole setup of the deal over the phone somy time at the dealership to turn over my car and drive out in a new Forester went very smoothly.

The service mangers are good to work with. Previous technicians who were working on my car missed a lot going on with my tires and alignment. My understanding is they no longer work there. Subaru Corporate gave me a goodwill payment to help with the cost of new tires and an alignment. Then for the 30k service the dealer treated me right and gave me a lot of discounts on that service.
