We have all our Subarus serviced here for over 15 years now, The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and work hard for their customers. My Outback which now has over 240,000 miles, was just in for some routine service. I really appreciate how they took time to show me the parts that they found faulty, and accurately described what will be required to replace them.

Service took my vehicle and I had a schedule and cold with additional necessary repairs and had them done by early afternoon. They also applied all coupons that they were currently offering without my asking.

I had gotten estimates from other repair shops and before I came here and I found out that the Subaru dealership is the most trustworthy. I did not need to have my brakes serviced because it was fine to begin with. There was another repair shop that wanted me to spend about 1K for my brakes serviced.

The people there are for the most part very friendly. Had one issue there awhile ago regarding my wheel covers,lost two shortly after a service where there had been a tire rotation done. Had one,showed the service manager that all the clips had been broken. He told me it was probably gravel or road debris that had caused it, unlikely as I don't take dirt roads to work. Aside from that no complaints.
