Always expected some higher prices for good service and fast quality work. They now have to add on to that with not upfront disclosed miscellaneous fee!! And customer service not what it was. Service manager arrogant. I’ll take my service elsewhere after 6 years as steady customer.

I just stopped in with no appointment to see if I could get an oil change the guys at Service were super super accommodating great people took me in I waited only about 40 minutes for everything no high pressure and no trying to sell me anything else they were great

Subaru of Newton has great sales and service! I've utilized their Service Department since the Summer of 2014. I've bought two cars there a 2015 Forester Premium in July, 2014 and a 2022 Forester Sport in February 2022. The staff is highly professional and easy to work with. A+++
