Exceptional Staff and Service Dealt with an efficient and friendly staff made my overall experience extremely pleasant. Very professional and good customer service, no pressure to buy and when questioned about the cars I was interested gave honest and knowledgable answers. Consistent incompetence 10 years. 1st visit: left oil filter loose. Oil dripping. 2nd visit ( software recall) catlalic convertor failure within a month. 3rd visit: timing belt change- left out cover bolts. 50 miles round trip. 4th visit- knew I shouldn’t have let them touch it. Made 10:00 appointment for airbag. I was told about 2 hours. Passed by around 11:00. Car didn’t move yet. Arrived around 1:15. Inquired about time. Service desk said didn’t even start yet. Perfect Experience. Amazing Staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I worked with a gentleman named Kyle. He was absolutely great at his job and I recommend seeking him out for a smooth experience. Outstanding customer service We were impressed with our experience at Subaru World of Newton. From our salesman, Michael Fernandez, to the general sales manager to the finance department, they all went out of their way to make our car buying experience stress free. They were respectful of all our decisions and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Got a great deal! Sales finance and service My experience with dealer ship was fantastic from sales to finance dept and service. Our sales person Matt Reed was fantastic as long as well finance and sales manager went beyond to get us our new car and service department is flexible with your needs. I been to other dealerships not to mention the one down the road and they don't want to bothered with you.
Thankful They really helped me out in terms of being able to get a new car. They were very generous with their offer for my trade in, and worked extra hard to get me approved for a loan. I'm quite pleased to say the least.

Fien until there's a problem DO NOT GO HERE! I am thoroughly disgusted with my recent experience that occurred today. Everything is fine and dandy with their service department, until it's not. In the last few months, I have had a whole series of things go wrong with my car, none of which should have occurred on a vehicle that is only two years old, but that is not even the issue. Need a Lesson in customer service Took my legacy in for service,one was coolant change, looking into overflow tank it was the same way when i brought it in. Went back the next day to question the service was met with the service tech who took the attitude of who was i to question his work. Well after several minutes of heated discussion we got the car on the lift and went thru all the work i had done. 1100 dollars worth!
