Super easy process buying my Forester Such an incredible experience a Subaru sells itself but Subaru World of Newton made the process so easy. They found the Forester I wanted and my car was delivered to me very quickly. Very helpful staff and really liked the way I was treated.
Professional, Fair and Responsive to Customer Needs The entire sales team at Subaru World of Newton was excellent beginning with Sean the Salesman, Chris the General Manager, and Anthony the Business Manager. They were all fair, honest and professional throughout the entire sales process. We received a low pressure and fair price and met all our requests on a timely, cordial and patient way. Customer Service Customer service is their #1 priority they will tell you. Before the sale. Afterwards its a different story. I purchased a CERTIFIED pre-owned subaru at this dealership. After a year and a half and several attempts to fix the car..it was clear it was never going to be right. They wanted to give me half of the purchase price on a trade..because it had issues and they would have to send it to auction and they didn't want to take a loss!!! How about me?? Feel like I got taken and they really don't care.
Service Department is amazing. I didn't buy my Subaru at this dealership. At the time it was under other mgmt. I do get my car serviced here. I stopped in tonight without an appointment to ask about 3 lights on my dash board. They took my car right in and it was done in less than s half hour. It was a valve under warranty. No charge. Their hours are great. I can always get an appointment for the day I need. Highly recommend the Service the Department.

Wonderful dealership I just purchased a 2014 Crosstrex. Salesman Michael Fernandez was absolutely wonderful! He helped me find the best car for my needs, and even went to another lot to pick up a car for me to test drive so I could compare vehicles.
