Beware of ordering a car through this dealership. I ordered my WRX on July 8th, 2015. I was told the vehicle would take no longer than 8 weeks to come in. Exactly on the 8th week, I got a phone call from a salesman telling me that my car was built and being delivered. I then found out that he called me by mistake, and that my car had not even started to be built yet. Service scammers Car burning oil. Did an oil test for 6 months only to find out "they never documented it". Ironically it's proving a warranty repair
Expectations were exceeded by miles I have purchased many cars from dealerships and never have walked out happy with the service nor knowledge I received, until going to Subaru World of Newton last month. WORST I made a post on here about these characters and it was ignored! I was threatened with black mail by the dealership to remove the review. Since I did not they would not make repairs. Well as of tonight my rear brakes are medal on medal! They said my brakes were "JUST FINE" Well 25000 miles later they are SHOT NEVER buy from these people that only steal your money then claim they LOST 1500 dollars on a care deal! Outstanding experience Just bought a crosstrek. Eldin was outstanding (I would rate him a 12 out of 10). Eric was extremely helpful. Overall it was a very nice experience facilitated by very nice people.
Drive right past this place and go anywhere else! It is not worth the stop. Stereotypical car salesmen. Stopped in test drove 2, made a decision, but they had to find the right color combination. Forced to pay a deposit for them to find and transfer a vehicle there. (understandable) . They did not find the vehicle I wanted, I did. I called the other dealer verified the vehicle was available, it was so I called Subaru world back and told them of my findings. Pleasurable experience during a not so pleasurable time This was my second purchase form Subaru World and I'm very happy I went there to purchase a replacement car for one that was totaled just a few days before. Although I wasn't shopping for a Subaru, I found exactly what I was looking for in a used Honda here and these guys made it all worth while.
