Bought a used car and before the 30 day tags were off, it needed major service. The kind people at Subaru, put me in a loaner for free for the 4 days they had my car, and made sure the most knowledgeable mechanics worked on my baby.
I have purchased four vehicles in the last 5 years from RK Subaru great experience. Now service department is not the same. They don’t care about retaining customers and the Service Manager only made things worse. The Dealership will suffer at this rate if not addressed. All I want is a Dealership that actually acts like they care.
I have owned my Subaru for a little over two years and have always received excellent customer service when bringing my car in for service! The advisors aren’t pushy with add-on services, they keep you informed about what’s going on during the service process and are quick to check you out when done. They have comfortable chairs in the waiting room and it’s cool and quiet.
Scheduled an appointment to do an oil change and diagnostic for TPMS light. They said that 2 sensors had gone bad and that my extended warranty would only cover the 2 and I'd have to pay the deductible of 100$. Cool. No problem. After spending 4 hours at my Scheduled appointment with a toddler and baby. I finally get my car back and I start to drive home and guess what.
