Scheduled an appointment to do an oil change and diagnostic for TPMS light. They said that 2 sensors had gone bad and that my extended warranty would only cover the 2 and I'd have to pay the deductible of 100$. Cool. No problem. I won't speak for the sales department, but the service department of this location was a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. They originally contacted me to schedule an appointment for a recalled part from Subaru. Since I was already coming in, I decided to get some preventative maintenance done with them (alignment, oil change). Once I got there, I was told that the parts for the recall were not available and they would not be able to perform that service, which remember, they called ME to try to do. Brought my 2024 Subaru Certified OBW for first oil change and tire rotation. Great service, great personnel, I was immediately offered a loaner car without even asking, kept me informed of my vehicle status, just great service overall!
