Bought 3 Subaru in this dealership and have my cars serviced here. Friendly and honest. Like my salespersons- Al and Christian I tried dealing with other dealer but not the same and over charge
Bought my first ever Subaru here. I knew what I wanted and Al was very helpful. Everything went well. I know some dealers have silly mark ups called ‘dealer prep’ fees. Wakefield doesn’t. No BS so went here. One dealer charges $1000 for dealer prep. One dealer told me I couldn’t get the Subaru financing rate if they discounted the car at all. Give them a shot. I hope the service department is just as good.
Service department had been great up until today when I was barred by the service manager from ever returning. We argued because I didn't feel I was being heard or listened to regarding an issue I had with my car. I wasn't given a satisfactory resolution and the root cause they listed hadn't been tested to prove it would solve the problem. Generally speaking it's fine there any other time I've been for service.
A big thank you to Subaru of Wakefield. Christian and Ken took care of me from the moment I walked in the door, can't go wrong here. Great cars and great staff.
Al Mazin did a great job helping me with my new Forester purchase. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. Such a long tenure at the same dealership tells me he loves his job and treats his customers like family. Thanks, Al!
Very nice customer service, I went for an advise about a car and the sales person also give a few tips. I will come back to buy my next car there.
