RecommendedI got the mail about a recall service, keep forgetting to call and set up appointment. Then their service dept called me to set up and they even offer to come to my house to pick it up. Left me with a loaner (not that I needed it with quarantine but it was nice) they came back within couple of hours with the service completed. Cleaned the interior of my car too! Great service all the way! Thank you Subaru of Wakefield!
i pulled up at 2:30 today for an oil change which i had an appointment for and i was told by someone from service that i had to wait outside for up to an hour in the cold. Are we that paranoid about this whole virus scare? A heads up would have been nice since i left work for this.

Just got my second lease from Wakefield— staff is great and selection is fantastic!
I went in for just a mirror due to a parking lot incident. The gentleman at the parts counter was very pleasant and offered me the best deal since I was so far from home and really needed both mirrors to get home. it was a quick and pleasant experience and I would visit them again while staying in Massachusetts.
