When I set my appointment last week, the agent thoroughly explained the rental car policy & costs, and then she apparently forgot to put down that I needed the rental car. I took the day off work to take care of my car issues today, and then they had no rental car for me. Wasted my day, thanks.
We had an awesome experience. Our dealer Nelson was experienced and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend him.
One of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a dealership. Spent 3 hours at this dealership with a sales person who became very defensive over almost every question/challenge and wound up leaving. Went to Cityside in Belmont and wound up closing a deal in a half hour for less money, lower rate and fewer months on the loan for what I said we wanted at Wakefield. Would not recommend this dealership for sales! :-(
I think they're excellent!!! Even a relatively new suv, they've been hands-on, on top of everything right down to a great customer service approach including Maggie, Christine and the other people in the service dept. We will not take our truck anywhere else but there!!!! I only wish i had everyones name to put them up in lights because they ARE that good!!!!
