Had a great experience with Jason, answered all of our questions with ease & notable experience. Comfortable atmosphere, so at ease in fact, that I just got up from my seat & bought the actual car in the showroom. Never did that before. Great vehicle selection in the lot. We always had to visit dealers on multiple occasions to buy, but not here.

The service was incredible. I had an amazing sales rep who walked me through every step of the car buying process. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, friendly, and easy-going. I instantly felt comfortable. The finance rep was straight forward, and i never felt pressured. My entire car buying experience was fun and easy. I recommend everyone to give this dealership a go.

Literally the worst car buying experience ever. Communication is terrible and they make false promises. I was expecting my car to be delivered today (Monday), and am now told perhaps Wednesday or Friday with no reasonable explanation. Be aware that the finance manager will try to rush you through the paperwork - he was clearly annoyed that I wanted to go through the numbers line by line, but I'm sure glad I did, because he made an error that would have cost me a few grand.

Had a great experience! My time with Jason (sales) was smooth and low pressure. He answered all my questions and helped guide the process. Once I was in the finance office, Ashley was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and kept my time in office short. I was out in my new car in just over 1 hour!

Tried buying a Subaru Crosstrek, did everything but smoke signals. They never called me back, or emailed me, then I had their call back from service checking to see if I was called back and was hung up on me as I was trying to explain my issues. I offered to pay shipping and any fees. Totally ignored, they most have plenty of business. Just because I’m from the south, you’d think they would treat me like any other customer!

This was my first time going to this dealership for service after being directed to by Subaru Of America because my brand new 2020 Forester was having some electrical issues and my windshield had cracked, which there is a class action lawsuit for these windshields which is the reason Subaru Of America wanted the car at the dealer. When I got there I was told by someone claiming to be Mike the service a manger that I needed to have my windshield replaced before they would even consider looking at the car. Has a wonderful experience here not once but twice. 3 years ago I leased a Subaru for 3 years. Today, I got a new lease and the process was fast, easy, and painless. I worked with Christian, she was very friendly and moved things along very quickly for us. Definitely go check it out.
