Great experience at Subaru of Rochester I worked with Travis at the Rochester dealership and was very impressed with the whole experience. Very friendly staff, and comfortable environment! We experienced great friendliness from all staff! We were greeted kindly by Nick outside while we were first looking at cars in the lot. He didn’t even express any concern over being out in the cold with us to help us find a car similar to what we were thinking of test driving. Good service We live in SW WI and we were on our way home from SD. We stopped at the dealership, traded in our 2016 Subaru legacy sedan and left with a new 2018 outback.
