Just Awesome!🚘 My experience at Subaru was great! Julio was very helpful, professional and friendly.😀 There was no pressure to buy but he continued to answer my questions, even the silly ones. He helped explain all my options and even let me take the car home for the night.. When I came the next day to purchase, he welcomed me with his smile and made sure all my questions were answered. Salesmanship with capital letters. From walking in- starting to look-to buying-friendly introductions-description of dealership-pleasant atmosphere-open discussions of car features-and transparency on pricing determinations. The follow up visit to review car controls is fantastic.
not the best I was mislead by receiving wrong information several times. Even the little details are important when buying a new car, so I believe this is important. First one when I asked about whether maintenance package was only available at this Subaru, he said yes. I later asked to finance people and they corrected it. Second one, I asked whether sedan model rear seat folded and he said no, which I learned later actually they could. Great experience I was treated with respect..even if my question was a little out of the ordinary, I was not treated like it was silly. Being a middled aged single woman that was important to me. I was not "talked down" to and all my questions were answered in a respectful manner. There was also not any pressure and things were done on my timeline. I had ample time to ask questions and make up my mind. Thank you so much.
First lease and new car First time leasing a new car. Luis was excellent at answering all the question I asked. Finance department was wonderful also. Will go back once my lease is up.
Mediocre overall Over the years, I have had have several experiences at this dealership and have to say that none of them have been stellar. In my experience, there has always been at least one aspect of each encounter where someone dropped the ball, or where the service was simply sub-par.
Best car buying experience to date. Found my CPO Outback on Cars.com with the best price/mileage/condition I'd seen (and I had looked for months). Called and spoke with Nick about the car. It was not yet through the CPO process, but he was able to get it done quickly. Drove down to Rochester and arrived about 11am, and was out the door about 1:30. Great Buying Experience! I was very impressed with the Rochester Subaru dealer and had a great experience working with Esad Mujic! I stopped by to test drive a Forester. Esad asked me what features I was looking for in a new car. I told Esad my wish list of features. He found the perfect car that had all my wish list items and was within my budget! Jordan was very helpful in the finance department. The service department has been great too! All of the staff at the Rochester Subaru were very friendly and helpful!
Friendly and very knowledgeable Nick was so friendly and easy to deal with. He showed me all the features of the Outback and the Forester and helped me decide which one was best for me. I would recommend this dealer and salesperson to anyone looking for a Subaru.
