Excellent. Originally contacted dealer for a car listed on CarGurus, but salesperson was not aware of car and could not find it in their system. That individual also gave incorrect information regarding financing, but the dealership apologized for that error and noted that the salesperson was new. Sales person were excellent. The finance person was a little pushy on signing up for extras.
Kyran from Toyota Subaru of Corvallis contacted us and answered all of our questions promptly. We made the 2.5 hour drive from central Oregon to test drive and buy the car. They were wonderful to work with.

Awful experience. Slacked horribly at getting back to a customer who has money to buy a new car right away. Kiren, the sales lady, is terrible at returning phone calls and is extremely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed in this dealership. Thankfully, I found the perfect vehicle elsewhere. I'd avoid this place if at all possible. Awful business ethics!
