1. Communication was great. I dealt mostly with Jake and felt I had a connection with him and that he was honest with me. I will ask for him if I come in again. 2. The listing was somewhat inaccurate in that it rated the condition as “excellent” when in it was actually “very good.” This resulted in an inflated MSRP value, so the asking price was the KBB value, not below KBB value. 3.
