We did not end up buying this car, but after dealing with many car salespeople and dealerships, I can easily say Austin Subaru and in particular, Rachel McCoy, was easily the best. Rachel listened to my requests, only showed me vehicles that met my specs, always followed up quickly with pics, videos and answers and was knowledgeable about the vehicles.
