I bought a used 2022 Toyota Tundra from Subaru Carlsbad and had a great experience. Mike was my sales guy and he made everything super easy. The truck was clean, ready to test drive, and exactly as described. Sean handled the finance side and was awesome to work with. Car was beautiful, but has problems within the first 30 days and they dont want to fix it. The transmission is skipping at low speeds and the control arm bushings are tearing. They responded to my poor review asking me to reach out to the GM, but the number provided goes to an automated line that doesn't direct to the GM at all! They got the money they wanted and now they're hiding from honoring the warranty. DO NOT TRUST THEM
