Very responsive and no bait and switch sales tricks
I never got to go to the dealership in person, but the online communication was great. If you ever go ask for Juan. Great service, friendly, and positive attitude.
Bait and switch on the price. Will never recommend them to anybody. Price was listed at 30.998 and when I showed interest and gave them some of my info price jumped to 31.998 and there answer was that there was a glitch in their system.
I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Great responses via email, and we were able to negotiate over the phone/email to get the numbers just right. I drove down from SC to FL to buy the car, and it was spotless when I arrived, the paperwork was complete, and all I had to do was sign and drive. Took about an hour, maybe 90 mins. No pressure. Great internet response back and forth with sales. I emailed to confirm car was there, got a response that it was ready for a test drive. Drove an hour, got into the parking lot and received a message that the car wasn’t there. There was a leak in the window sills, the car was molded, and going to auction. Yet here it is still for sale with the same pictures.
They were up front about the car
Dealer was very responsive and had great follow up with requests for information.
Sales person Belinda Judd such a pleasure to speak with and I look forward to possibly doing business with this dealership.
Good Service but didn't even try to negotiate.
