Person I had an appointment to see was a no show. completely burned off early. I was preapproved with a financer already for something with money down and no trade in. and the youngster they had with me tried to strongarm me and was insulting. did not even want to look at the preapproval

Wonderful dealership to work with.
They wanted me to make an appointment, and when I got there, and when they asked, I told them I am not buying this week, or for a few weeks, they wouldn't let me drive the car !!!! I wasted time, and made an appointment for this ???!!!! Not to mention, their asking price was almost as much as a new one. I won't go to that dealership again !!!
Ming was great. We drove three hours to see this car. Once we test drove it, we knew we would buy it. During our test drive, the SRS light popped up. Because we had limited time, and we wanted to leave Fremont before traffic hit, Ming rushed the car to the Acura dealership across the street to diagnose the issue. They weren’t able to fix it, but they made arrangements with our local Acura dealer to fix the issue. It was seamless, and they handled everything from diagnostics to payment. This was the first vehicle I saw and test drove during my search, and I liked it. I made an offer about a week later, but was asked to put down a $1,500 holding fee, which I wasn’t comfortable with. There was minimal follow-up from the dealership, and when I tried to complete the purchase online, the price didn’t match what I had been quoted. It didn’t feel like there was much effort to actually move forward with the sale, so I decided to continue shopping elsewhere.
