My wife and I are traveling from Fresno California and slept at the Quality Inn last night in Albuquerque. We were on Eastbound I-40 heading out of town and a flapping noise in the right front concerned me. I saw Ford dealer and went there and they sent me down the street to Garcia Subaru to check out our Subaru Forester. They have a 2 week wait but got us in and we will be on the road to Kansas by noon!! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF DISRESPECT. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
I'm rating this place a one for their parts department. Peter the manager took things way too personal for returning Parts. I tried being reasonable and returning my parts with a 30% restocking fee but he took it like he was going to pay me back out of his own pocket. I cannot write or comment on the actual dealer service but since this is only a review for one single company that's what I rate it. Extremely disappointed in my first car buying experience. Like any responsibile car buyer spending over 20k on a brand new vehicle, I did my due diligence and priced the car I wanted at all local places, Garcia, Santa Fe, and Southern Colorado. I found several cars I liked however Garcia had a 2015 impreza sport limited I was interested in. They priced it at 27,000+. For a 2015. Horrible service! Go to the one on San Mateo. Never been so disgusted by lack of customer service before!
