I contacted the dealership online earlier this week, interested in a specific Outback Touring. I received prompt email replies to my inquiries from the sales manager, Eddie Kollarik. I live in Las Cruces and set up an appointment for today to test drive the specific vehicle. I drove 3 hours, with my parents, from Las Cruces ready to purchase the vehicle. This review is a little late in coming, but Ardy Reed is fantastic. She helped my husband and I with ordering and purchasing a 2017 Subaru Outback in early 2017. We couldn't have been happier with the experience--if we had questions, Ardy answered them, and if she didn't know something, she'd get back to us quickly. Communication was always on point, and she's super friendly. 10/10, would work with her again!
Bought a 2018 Legacy sport. Ardy was very accommodating and professional. Could not have been a better buying experience. Have not had to deal deal with the service dept but hope it's as good as the sales dept.
I purchased the blue 2014 Toyota 4Runner and Ardy helped me. She has such an amazing personality and really did her best to get me into the amazing car. My husband was extremely skeptical at first, but just told me today that it was 100% worth it and he loves it. I would absolutely recommend them to everybody from now on! Everyone there seems so nice and helpful, too. And they have really good snacks, (as well as a nice variety) since we all know car buying is a long process. �

Great place to buy a car...if you go see Ardy. Just bought my second Subaru from this location. First time was good, but second time was great thanks to Ardy. She is not your typical sales person and had a personal connection instead of just trying to make money off of me. Will see her again!
