This is the 4th time I have bought a new car, and this was by far the best experience so far!! Jacob made the whole process so easy and pleasant. The buying experience was wonderful. Josh was everything we would want, and we love our new Outback--when it is working. Unfortunately, our brand-new Outback's battery died after less than a week, and getting something so simple taken care of has been such a bad experience that it nearly wipes out all the goodwill Josh brought. The only reason I am rating more than one star is because of Josh.
I loved my experience with purchasing my new 2016 crosstrek with Joshua Johnson . Friendly , very thorough with details , and no giving me the run around . The service was without a doubt the best experience I've had at a dealership . I would HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone to purchase their next vehicle from Subaru Garcia East .
I love this place! 5 stars for sure. Starting up a family and needed to update my wheels to something that will meet everyone's needs; safety for the little one, luxury for the lady and performance for me. Got a sweet limited Legacy and the experience was phenomenal. Joshua Johnson helped me out and put interests before all else, making sure I didn't blow my budget and got the best for my buck! Go check them out if you're needing a new car!
