RecommendedI was in town from Oklahoma for the balloon fiesta and the clutch went out on my 2015 Forester. I was preparing for a nightmare and instead got the best experience. I would highly recommend Garcia Subaru East. Special thanks to Dustin Fleming in the service department and and unnamed mechanic. They had the clutch in stock and had me in and out in about 3 hours. It was a an absolute blessing to find people so helpful and efficient. THANK YOU.

Omg the service department has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. 24-48 hours for a return phone call just for starters. Service tech doesn’t listen, talks in circles, and called my mechanic and said their fluid change is responsible for my car failure but couldn’t say what was done incorrectly. Service manager sat in his office and called out to me rather than coming out to talk. The service department is great. Michael explained what was going on with my car, got it fixed, then I was back on the road.
Absolutely best car buying experience! Josh Coleman was my sells-man, there was never any pressure and he listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car! The GM was a part of my overall transaction and made sure I was excited happy and comfortable. Finance was amazing! Never tried to force me into any backend products, he gave me my options wrote the paperwork up and I was out in less then 10 minutes. 100% honest dealership which is 100% rare. Thank you Garcia Subaru for an amazing experience.
