Sales experience was smooth sailing and super friendly. However, it has been TWO MONTHS and no one in the dealership knows where our car’s title or registration is. Have called, and politely asked and get the same response, “someone will reach out to you”. Still nothing and the temporary plates that they refuse to update are expiring tomorrow. Unfortunately & surprisingly, Subaru El Paso has dropped the ball a few too many times. Either the part is not available when you get to your appointment or a lug nut or something else is missing that no one informs you about. When it’s brought to their attention, they refuse to accept responsibility & want to charge you to correct the problem. I take great pride in owning a Subaru & have had all of my service done at Subaru. I am for the first time considering going elsewhere for service.
