RecommendedJust completed the initial service on my 2019 Legacy. Most efficient and I had the entire staff helping. Crystal was most efficient as the Service Manager directing my visit. Vincent continued to provide assistance with my vehicles technical operation.

Arriving at dealership was not greeted by no one, had to go and ask someone to help ! Then was told the vehicle was not ready but it was already listed on line! Then I was later called by a different sales person who said it was ready for test drive. Arrived Monday at dealership and they told me vehicle was not ready possibly till Friday. Then got another call Tuesday to test drive the vehicle and when I went again on Tuesday I was told vehicle was still in the service department and was not ready! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️You could not ask for a better sales associate than Chris Villanueva. He was patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase. He was focused on figuring out how to help. He even let us bring our dogs to try out an ascent and had a water bowl for them. Jeremy Ortiz was also a pleasure to work within Finance- personable and very clear in providing information.
