The service department did not give me the customer satisfaction I felt like I deserved. My car was dropped off for repairs but they didn’t have any loaners available so I called every day asking for one and every time I called they would tell me they will give me a call back in a hour but never received one call. Then after a week and my car has not been looked at then they decided to tell me I’m eligible to get a rental a week later when I could of had one from the beginning. 1st of all, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all those who helped me getting a new car yesterday, especially Jay! I went in and 3 hours later I left in my new car! I would recommend Subaru El Paso because of the great salesperson who helped us. Jesse Vasquez was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He guided us through this purchase and I would recommend other people go to him. The rest of the staff was also friendly and the dealership is clean and welcoming
