Subaru El Paso was great! They knew I had a scheduled doctors appointment that appeared to be an issue with the timing of the recall work that needed to done on my Forrester. I was prepared to come back but they solved the problem by loaning me a vehicle so I could make the doctors appointment while they worked on my car. They surely went the extra mile!

I had the car delivered to my home so I was never actually at the dealership So I brought it back to El Paso Subaru for my first service . The dealership was very nice and very clean . My service rep was helpful and courteous. Over all it was a good experience . I was pleased .
