very friendly service in the service department
**Buyer Beware** My dad purchased me a 350Z as a birthday gift🙌🏾This dealership gave us two keys HOWEVER, only 1 of those keys works for my vehicle!!! We spoke with the sales manager and he told us THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR US!!!! We have attempted calling the General Manager but no return phone call!!!! Shop elsewhere for total customer satisfaction!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone😢
Customer service is exceptional and service work is priced *very* reasonably. I only find myself in Concord one or two times a year, but it's comforting to know that if I ever have a problem with my Outback wagon, Subaru Concord has my back. If you own a Subi and you're anywhere near Concord, I would _strongly_ recommend having these excellent folks care for your four-wheeled chariot.

I got a notice that my outback was recalled for air bag. I called Kevin Banther and he was able to squeeze me in yesterday. I was in/out in less time then thought would be. Highly recommend.
