I had a very disappointing experience here. I chose a sheer color for my manicure, and the nail technician didn’t inform me at all that the shade would be extremely transparent. After two coats, the previous base (from an old manicure) was still clearly visible underneath, making the finish look patchy and uneven. What made it worse was the attitude — when I brought it up, instead of offering a solution or acknowledging the lack of communication, they blamed me for picking a sheer color. Had a shellac manicure done, amazing attention to detail and cuticle work. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in too!
I was on a cruise ship and needed my nails done. Su Nails was a short walk from the cruise port and I was able to book an appointment. I was early and they took me promptly. The staff was fantastic and so kind. My gel manicure was done professionally and with excellent results as it lasted for weeks, until I was home.
Love getting my nails done here, everyone is so kind and wants perfection in every customer. My shellac lasts sooo much better than when I’ve had it done at other places :)
