I recently had some service work done on our F-150 and the experience was pleasant, effortless and professional. From the service advisor setting up the appt., to the repair and completion/delivery i could'nt have been happier. The courtesy shuttle is a time-saver for working people. Service mgr. I went in for an oil change. For the same price, they serviced the vehicle, washed it, and vacuumed the front floorboard. I didn't have to have an appointment. They did this all for less than $50 and did it with a smile. They told me it could take 1.5 hours because there were people in front of me. This didn't disappoint me since I didn't have to have an appointment. I was very pleased.
I'm a home health nurse and I had a flat tire yesterday on my company car, and they had it fixed and got me on my way in around 15 minutes... So appreciated the wonderful service!!!
