I have a Focus that I absolutely love, but I had no idea how to buy a car when I walked into Ford. Scott Moore made all the difference! He explained EVERYTHING to me and made me feel like I (somewhat) understood the process. You always hear horror stories about how dealerships take advantage of unknowing prospects, but that was certainly not the case. I recommend Scott to all of my friend who are looking for vehicles!
