JJ was very prompt and friendly. I felt at ease with him doing the job of stump removal. I felt that he was a very honest young man. Highly recommend him and his business.
JJ not only was very professional but one of the nicest people I have ever met. He explained to me that I should trim the roots in a 3 foot circle to ensure the root extensions still under the surface to ensure they would not grow back. Definitely the person you want to hire if you want the job done right at a reasonable price and enjoy a nice conversation with a wonderful individual.
The owner showed up as scheduled, looked at the project and ground out the small stump. He stated he had to charge me an additional $25.00 because he saw small rocks near the stump that potentially could damage the cutter. I paid the additional cost because he was already there. I also had to clean up the dirt and ground up stump. Overall it took about 15 minutes.

I am confused with the rating and comment. After looking at the amount of rock in the ground I said I would do the job for $100(small stump) if he handled all the cleanup. Before leaving I asked to make sure he was happy with everything as I do with all jobs. He stated yes and that everything was good. After seeing the review I tried to call twice, and left messages and have not received a call back. 100% Customer Satisfaction is very important to us!
Everyone I spoke to and dealt with were kind, friendly and very professional. They were able to explain what was being done and did it. Plus everyone was super friendly.
