UPDATE: I was contacted by Stuffys who were apologetic and wanted to make it a better experience. They have generously offered a new gift certificate which was really nice of them. They explained the situation and I’m confident of a much better outcome next visit. Was extremely disappointed with them yesterday. Placed a to go order using a gift certificate. Always a great place to eat
The food is good and the service is great!
Tried calling to order food was left on hold and forgot about, called back got our order in no problem. Went in to pay attempted to send us out with out silverware or napkins for a take out order. We got French toast etc. Didn’t send us with syrup or whip, specifically asked for both. Tried to call back three times to see if we could run in and get some because mistakes happen no biggy etc. no one answered.
