We called in our to go order at 11:35, said it would be ready in about 30 minutes so we got there about 12. There were no lines or direction for dine in, to go or to pay, just a big mob of people with 1 person at the counter. Finally got to the counter at 12:30 to find out that they did not even start on our order! It got written down but not submitted!!! Our family loves Stuffys. So friendly, great service and great food! Each child gets to pick out a toy when they leave. Support them, they are an awesome traditional restaurant. ❤️🇺🇸❤️

Nasty, greasy food. Slow and awful customer service. Girl was rude and ignored me while chatting with coworkers. Food was cold. No napkins or silverware were offered. Stay away. They don’t care about their customers, they only care about making a statement.
Got one of these bad boys ❤️ we love to find local eats when we are out of town. Our waitress was the best! She was funny and spunky ❤️❤️

So slow service!! Our server said there busy it’s Valentine’s Day! You guys always busy and still haven’t change the service!!!! I ordered the lumber jack and fries are horrible oilyyyy!!
I’ve been going here ever since I was 7 I love it here. Stylish interior, large portions for a good price. Overall just the best place it eat in Longview
