Great Find!!! – This place kind of blew my mind. It is a tiny shop, but great utilization of work space and merchandise. I highly recommend this place for selecting frames because of the unique finds that you are not likely to find anywhere else in the US
Can't Take My Eyes of You – I highly recommend this optical store for all fashionistas. I love to walk around the city trying to find unique fashion pieces and items that are precious and rare. I was so happy to found this optical store. I was amazed by the selection and the knowledgeable staff at this small place. Best Optical Store in NYC – I would recommend this store for people who are serious about eyewear. This is by far the best place in NYC for glasses. The doctor was very thorough and apparently is highly seeked in the movie industry. I felt special going there and even better picking out my glasses because I get so many compliments
rude staff – I definately do not recommend to go to this place especially for an eye exam. after the Dr examined my eyes he got one of his staff members, a rude short lady wearing blue contacts and a terrible nose job to attempt to con me into buying something of theirs using my insurance. Then when I wanted to see the glasses covered by the insurance she left me at a table with disheveled trays of glasses.
best contact lens fit ever! – I have had trouble being fit for contact lenses all my life. i have a strange prescription and have never been happy. The doctors at Studio OPtix were so professional and knowledgeable, and i can finally be comfortable AND have good vision with my new contacts. The staff was helpful and i now love to wear my glasses! Thank you Studio OPtix for giving me my sight back!
Its all about customer service!!! – As a optic aficionado I am always looking to see what is new and fashionable. I had been in Studio Optix before and had some such bad service I vowed a vandetta against them. Studio Optix Rocks! – After looking around at a lot of places, I'm completely sold on Studio Optix. They have the best frames in the city and great staff to help you choose the right one for your face. The doctors there is very professional and have the latest eye technology to make sure you get the right contact lenses and glasses prescriptions. Satisfied optic customer – It is important for me to compliment the staff and the doctors that are at Studio Optix. I had a red irritated eye and was referred by one of my employees needing immediate attention. The doctor was awesome, very professional and provided me a prescription for eye drops. My Eyes Adore You – I had a great experience when I went to Studio Optix last week. I was referred by a co-worker for an eye examination, and I was more than pleasantly surprised. The eye doctor was excellent providing me with one of the most thorough exams. Dr Cassel explained everything perfectly and even took a photo of the back of my eye.
