I was in town for 6 weeks and as I practice at a lagree studio at home, wanted to keep active while gone. All the True Form instructors are so welcoming, thorough, and energetic. Every class I took was challenging and the instructors made sure to offer advance and beginner movements to include all levels. Great experience!

I love the vibes at True Form Fitness! I've been working out for years - everything from running and HIIT classes to hot yoga and strength training, but this was my first experience with Pilates on a megaformer. I was a little intimidated going in, but was quickly put at ease by the kindness and care shown by the instructor. HOLY what a workout! True Form was my first introduction to Lagree, and I was hooked after the very first class! It’s so challenging but so worth it! The instructors are so helpful and welcoming. I leave every class feeling like I had a great workout. 10/10!!
