One of the best workouts I have ever done! After just six classes, I am already noticing a difference. 100% would recommend trying this studio out. You won't regret it!
Loved my class with Audrey! After not doing a reformer class for 9 or so years- she really took time to encourage me and make sure I was doing moves correctly. I so appreciate the care, motivation and friendly energy! LOVED her and loved the class!
