Heather is one of THE BEST instructors at TrueForm, Franklin. The first time I took her class, I realized the detail and attention she gives to her craft and clients. I did the same exercise I have in other classes - and a minor adjustment she made was like doing the move in a whole new way. She is truly a master. True Form is fantastic. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I have seen a transformation in my body and go to as many classes as I can. I only wish I had started going there sooner.
