I can’t recommend True Form Fitness Lagree enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The studio is clean, well-equipped, and has an energizing atmosphere that keeps you motivated. A special shoutout to Meshea, who is an absolutely incredible instructor! TrueForm Lagree is unlike any other fitness studio. Lagree is a unique workout. However, Kenzie and her team have made TrueForm a true community. Every time you walk into this space, you feel loved, seen, and valued. Every instructor remembers your name. Every person there is happy to be there.
