True Form is fantastic. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I have seen a transformation in my body and go to as many classes as I can. I only wish I had started going there sooner.
This is an AMAZING studio. Lagree is great and the instructors and staff make it the best place ever. There is positivity and smiles everywhere, which uplifts the energy in the room! 100% recommend Trueform!!
Kaitlin was an amazing instructor to have a first class with! She really guided me through the moves and the megaformer, adjusted my form when I needed it, and truly supported me through the class! Can’t wait to come back!
