Owner is terrible and doesnt take care of the place!!!!!!! I was recommended to John who was excellent but the poor guy works for the rudest and most unpleasant man I have ever experienced!!!! He answered the phone when I called to make my appointment with John. When I asked who I was speaking with, he said "what my name is has no importance to making your appointment" and then slammed down the phone. Great stylist, rushed atmosphere, rude owner John is a really pleasant person and talented with hair. Unfortunately, I felt rushed and like we didn't have enough time to adjust the hairstyle to what I wanted. When I came in on time, I had to wait a bit because he was finishing someone else's haircut. As he was cutting my hair, someone else had to wait 10-15 minutes for him to finish my session. I ended up walking out with something I didn't like much.
